Build-a-bear

Here's the timeline of this crazy, hilarious day. 8:40-- my friends get in line at the Apache Mall for pay your age day at build a bear. We go drop Jack off at golf camp and head over.   9:15-- What was two hour line at nine quickly became a four hour line by the time I got in it. I knew I wouldn't make it back to pick up Jack in time, so I was getting ready to leave, when Kylie Muir called me and told me to come to the front because her baby Penny didn't need one and Annie could have it. Kylie saved the day! Annie picked out a pink fairy wing bear with cotton candy smell and got a picture with her friend Ellie and her little sister Kate. We went home, got a bottle for Nora, lots of snacks, and diapers, and went to through the car wash and then to pick up Jack. We got him and headed over to get in line.  12:15--  we get in line at Build-a-bear 1:00-- we had moved about five feet.  6:16-- 6 hours later, we got our bears!!!! oh my goodness. So we...

Rochester Athletic Club

There's so much big stuff that I want to catch up on that I'm overwhelmed by it, so I'm going to write about the rac instead.  Ahhhh, the RAC. So perfectly relaxing, fun, clean, homey, family-oriented, and overpriced.  I love you for your hot tubs, vanilla mint mouthwash, amazing showers, clean smell, and your poolside cabana fries.  Notice that none of these things has anything to do with actual moving-your-body-to-burn-calories a.k.a. exercise.  But that part is nice too. We especially love the weekends when they open the indoor track to families.  I have fond memories of watching the kids do laps and their faces get redder and sweatier with each lap. We took the kids to the outside pool today.  Annie did the slide "a hundred million times" and Jack swam around by himself before exclaiming that he was hungry, tired, and cold and that he was going to die if he didn't get food soon.  Henry played in the mushroom waterfall thing and wandered aroun...
