Peach Pie and Nostalgia

I really miss the days in Moscow when baby Jack would go down for a nap and I'd sit at our computer that also served as a TV in our big bare living room next to the futon which was the only piece of furniture we owned, and blog.  I miss the days when I would put Jack on the queen sized bed in our bedroom every day and play "make the bed with the baby in it" and he would laugh and laugh. Lately I feel as though moments slip through my fingers too quickly to be made into memories.  There are so many kids now, so many funny little quirks and jokes and quotes that I wish so badly I could put into long-term memory, but how can I if they don't even make it to the end of the day?
